LLM Battle Arena is a platform that allows users to compare AI language model responses head-to-head. Users can submit prompts, view responses from different AI models, vote on which response they prefer, and view aggregated rankings based on community votes.
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.
You retain ownership of any prompts, inputs, or other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You acknowledge that prompts you submit may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. You should not submit any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in your prompts.

The AI-generated responses displayed on the Service are provided by third-party AI models and are presented “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any information obtained through the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by MeetKai Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers (including but not limited to OpenRouter and various AI model developers). Your use of the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by these third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetKai Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
